This policy explains how Jalisco’s Ready To Go at 6901 Cross B Rd, Ste 120, Odessa, Texas (“Jalisco’s,” “we,” or “us”) handles information submitted through EatJaliscos.com.

Information we collect

When you place an order, we may collect your name, mobile number, order details, pickup time, special instructions, payment status, and technical information needed to operate and secure the website. The website does not currently collect payment card details. Payments are handled at the restaurant register. If online payments are added later, card details will be handled by the disclosed payment processor and will not be stored directly by Jalisco’s.

How we use information

We use this information to accept and prepare orders, provide pickup and status updates, process or document payments, respond to questions, prevent fraud, maintain restaurant records, and improve the ordering experience.

Mobile information and text messages

If you separately check the text-update box during checkout, we use your mobile number only for transactional updates about that order. You may receive up to four messages per order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of placing an order.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS consent records, or opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide limited information to service providers such as Twilio solely to deliver the messages you requested.

Service providers

We may use service providers for website hosting, database storage, payment processing, messaging, delivery, analytics, and security. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services. DoorDash orders are also governed by DoorDash’s own privacy practices.

Retention and security

We retain order and transaction records for restaurant operations, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can place an order without consenting to SMS. You can stop texts by replying STOP. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information where applicable, contact the restaurant using the information below. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal purposes.
